DAY 1 • CAIRO

Arrival in Cairo, assistance by our Spanish-speaking representative, transfer to the hotel, and overnight stay.

DAY 2 • CAIRO

At the designated time, depart for the Pyramids to explore the three great structures of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, as well as the Valley Temple and the imposing Sphinx. In the afternoon, visit the archaeological sites of Memphis and Saqqara. At the end of the day, return to the hotel and accommodation.

DAY 3 • CAIRO - LUXOR

At the specified time, transfer to the airport for the flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, assistance and transfer to the dock with time to board. In the afternoon, visit the temples of Luxor and Karnak. Dinner and accommodation on board the cruise.

DAY 4 • LUXOR - ESNA - EDFU

Meals included (without drinks) on board the cruise. In the morning, meet the guide to cross to the West Bank. Visit the Theban Necropolis: Valley of the Kings, Queen Hatshepsut's Temple, and the Colossi of Memnon. Begin navigation toward Esna. After crossing the lock, continue sailing towards Edfu. This ensures that the documentation provided is final and up to date, avoiding changes or unforeseen circumstances.

SIGHTSEEING AND EXCURSIONS

The guide or local operator may adjust the order of visits for logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, while always respecting the services included in the package.
If any activity cannot be carried out due to force majeure, the corresponding refund will be processed solely for the service that was not provided, when applicable.
We are not responsible for tourist services booked directly by the passenger with external providers.

CHILDREN'S POLICY

Children stay in the same room as their parents and share the existing bed. No extra bed is provided.

Infants (under 2 years old): Infants only pay applicable airline taxes. The exact amount will be confirmed at the time of ticket issuance. However, if the infant requires a special seat or any other equipment for the vehicle, please inform us at the time of booking so that we can ensure these needs can be accommodated.
Children (2 to 11 years old): Children in this age group pay the applicable child fare.
Children (12 years and older): Children in this age group are charged the adult fare.
Room Occupancy: The maximum number of children allowed per room when sharing with their parents is subject to each hotel's policies.
Documentation: All minors must be accompanied by one of their parents or legal guardians. At check-in, they must present their national identification document, a valid passport, or a civil registry document.

VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION

Full vaccination schedule.
Yellow Fever Vaccination: The vaccine must be administered at least 10 days prior to travel.
Passengers over 60 years of age must provide a medical certification for travel.
It is essential to have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity at the time of travel. To confirm the reservation, a copy of the passport must be provided. If the passenger does not yet have a passport, a copy of an official identification document showing the passenger's name correctly may be submitted.
It is the passenger's responsibility to verify, according to their nationality and country of residence, whether a visa or any other documents are required to enter the destinations included in the trip and to ensure that all required documentation is valid at the time of travel.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

Payments made to confirm the reservation are non-refundable, unless the specific conditions of the provider expressly state otherwise in writing.
Service confirmation is subject to timely payment according to the dates established in the quotation.
The initial deposit must be 25% of the package value, plus the full cost of the airline ticket.
125 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the package must be paid.
95 days prior to the departure date: 80% of the package must be paid.
65 days prior to the departure date: 100% of the package must be paid.
